Delicatessen

The delicatessen specialises in Mediterranean and Oriental ingredients, bought fresh and seasonally, as well as the freshest local produce and hard-to-find ingredients, coupled with advice on how to use them.

In our store we aim to provide a one-stop shop for cooks who are interested in delving into our favourite cuisines. It's not just all the ingredients we have, it's also the kit, the books, the advice and the demonstrations. Our favourite cuisines of course are the Mediterranean, South East Asian, Japanese, Middle Eastern and North African.

Only a small selection of what we sell in the deli is available to buy online. However, what we plan to offer in the future are Store Cupboards, tailored to offer the essentials for each cuisine. In the meantime please feel free to contact us about any of our more specialised products as many can be bought from us by mail order over the phone.

If, like me, you're a huge fan of Rick Stein and followed his "Far Eastern Odyssey", you may be interested to know that our "one-stop-shop" offers virtually all the ingredients used by Rick in the programme.
