We were truly delighted with the write-up we were given in The Which? Wine Guide 2005. It explained exactly what we are maybe better than I could so I couldn't resist reproducing it here.

Being a confirmed 'foodie', it's no surprise that owner Patricia Harrison has settled on Italy as a speciality, this country's wines being such elegant food-matchers whether light-bodied aromatic whites (such as the Garganega, modern Soave and Lugana) from the north of the country, powerful tangy reds (beloved Chianti, Brunello or Barolo), or warm-hearted animally wines from the deep south made from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes. Patricia was born in Sydney, so her Australian choices come as no surprise either - from some of the very best Down-Under producers: Mount Horrocks, Mount Langi Ghiran, Shaw & Smith for starters.
